Hunting the Blue-eared kingfisher with Leofoto Ranger LS-324CEX Tripod

I did some birding photography at a location in Kuala Lumpur and this time around, I was grateful to have captured the Blue-eared kingfisher (Alcedo meniting) in the wild.  There's a small drain where fish are plentiful to feast this exotic bird. 

​I was accompanied by master Aman Pix and brother Zarizal Rosli, who had guided me to photograph the kingfisher.  I used SONY a7RIII with the SEL100400GM and SEL14TC, at cropped mode (18MP).  Here are some fo the images captured during this outing.
