Today marks another milestone in my photography experience when I was invited to represent Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia ("PAM") to be one of the judges in the World Class Sustainable Cities ("WCSC") 2019 Photography Competition. The selection process was conducted at PAM Centre in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Apart from PAM, there were representatives from REHDA (Real Estate & Housing Development Association), MIP (Malaysian Institute of Planners) and PCP Publications, the main organizer for the photography competition, and also the director of KLPF 2019.

I was given the opportunity again this year for sharing my experiences using the NiSi optical filters during Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival (KLPF) 2019 which was held from 23.08.2019 until 25.08.2019. During the sharing session, I shared all the images captured using the NiSi filters starting from my trip to the South Island, New Zealand in August 2016 until the most recent outing in Shah Alam back in June 2019. At the end of the presentation, I've shared on how to use the filter holders and filters correctly, based on the question from the audience. Grateful that Lee Photo Sdn Bhd also offered special discounts for purchase of NiSi products during KLPF 2019.#nisi #nisimalaysia #nisiglobal #leephoto #travelphotographyThis year is my first year exhibiting my photography works at Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival (KLPF) 2019, under ASFON WP photography group. It's a good start for me. Perhaps, I would have my own booth in the future. It was great opportunity to meet other photographers during this 3-day event. I've exhibited four images at ASFON WP's booth.
In anticipation of Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival ("KLPF") 2019, I collaborated with Lee Photo Sdn Bhd to conduct a "touch and feel" workshop for the Leofoto brand of professional photography tripods, gimbals and ballheads. The event started at 9:00am sharp and finished before noon and was attended by not less than 20 participants, mainly from the BNC, NEST and ASFON WP photography groups. Mr. Lee also shared five (5) tips on selecting the right tripod and demonstrated to the participants the different offerings from Leofoto to meet any photographers' needs, from beginners to the professionals. If you would like to know more about the Leofoto professional tripods, please feel free to contact Lee Photo Sdn Bhd (012-7886982). Special thanks to all the participants for coming to the workshop, especially from the Birds Nature & Cameras (BNC), NESt - Nurture Educate Share Train and [ASFON WP] Angkatan Senifoto Wilayah Persekutuan photography groups.. .Some of the bird in flight shots using SONY a7RIII and SEL100400GM.
