Alhamdulillah. Managed to capture this image earlier today, while meeting a friend from Miami, USA...Elia Locardi at the Skybar at Traders Hotel, KL. I've been admiring his works and I was glad to be able to meet him personally today, together with another friend Chow Chin Hwee, Eyzham Shahfiq, Mohd Rosdi & Hafidz Abdul Kadir. Will catch up again with Elia & Chow in the next few days.

Blessed with this beautiful sunrise moment this morning at Masjid As-Salam in Puchong. Glad that the outing was joined by my fellow photographer friends including Shah Akashah, Fadly Halim, Hafiz Ismail, Abdul Rani, Azmizi Omar, Azman Abdullah, Mentary Merah, Kembara Alam & Azzudin Aziz.

We had to "fight" for a space to shoot with the anglers who were there much earlier than us. :-)

Today marks another great milestone in my photography journey. One of my pictures decorates Nikon Malaysia's 2014 calendar.  Kind of proud of it that Nikon acknowledged my photo as one of the best photos of 2013. Alhamdulillah.

The picture was on the fisherman's jetty at Pantai Jeram, Kuala Selangor, during sunset.  Met two friends there...Azman Abdullah and Zahari Ismail.

Sunday 5/1/2014 - Had a brief outing alone at KLCC Park. Weather was cloudy initially, but when patches of blue sky started to show, I decided to start shooting a rounds. Met a friend from Beijing, shooting with his Canon 5D Mk3. Too bad he didn't have Facebook :-)

This shot was taken from the edge of the children's wading pool.  It was a worthwhile outing. Finished shooting till about 7:35pm before being "ushered" by the security guard. Proceeded onwards to Chinoz at Suria KLCC for a quick dinner with my family.

This place is off limits after 7:30pm and if you intend to shoot after that, you would need to get a special permission from the KLCC Park Management security department.
